Service Description

With an ever-growing body of research, yoga has proven to be immensely effective in improving mental wellbeing. It improves concentration, increases body awareness, calms and centres the nervous system and reduces muscle tension. Practised in workshops and retreats, yoga can also enhance the sense of belonging. Our sessions include different styles of yoga, breath work and meditation. You don't need to be a pro and they can be practised individually or in groups or workshops.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things do change. Our therapists want you to get the most out of therapy. As a courtesy to them, and to ensure you are not charged for a session, we request you provide at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
