Service Description

This form of meditation heightens your sense of awareness of the moment. The results lead to improved relationships, a reduction in depression, and help with sleep disorders and even job burnout.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things do change. Our therapists want you to get the most out of therapy. As a courtesy to them, and to ensure you are not charged for a session, we request you provide at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
