This cognitive therapy aims to make physical, psychological and social relationships healthier, leading to an improvement in the quality of life. It can also have a positive effect on the immune system and help reduce stress. By using humour as a tool, we can also improve communication and help build an environment of trust and support. The great thing is this therapy does not require any special preparation and is therefore very easy to practice. Mostly you just need to laugh!
We understand things do change. Our therapists want you to get the most out of therapy. As a courtesy to them, and to ensure you are not charged for a session, we request you provide at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations.
